Conditioning Class for Ballet (4-6 only)
Conditioning is strongly recommended for dancers in order to correctly strengthen their muscles and can be helpful in avoiding injuries. We encourage dancers to attend this class who are interested in improving their ballet technique. Class will include exercises to strengthen the body’s core, balance, flexibility, and alignment. We will use resistance bands, exercise or yoga balls to ensure dancers achieve the strength, stamina and flexibility needed to improve technique in dance class while avoiding injuries.

|Tuition: $300 *CDS Ballet Students receive special rate of $216.
